Where deeper ways of seeing become wiser ways of leading

(re)Biz is the world's first systems-thinking un/school, cultivating the perceptual capacities needed to navigate complexity, transform organizations, and participate in life-affirming futures.

Through learning journeys that weave together systems thinking, Indigenous wisdom, complexity science, ecology, and embodied practice, participants cultivate the capacity to perceive systems more deeply, question inherited paradigms, and discover new possibilities for their careers, organizations, and life's work.

Our global community spans 675+ leaders across 65 countries, united by a shared curiosity about systems, perception, and what it means to lead in a time of profound transition.

Together, we are cultivating the capacities to navigate complexity and participate in more regenerative, relational, and life-affirming futures.

Our Online Un/School

(re)Biz is the world's first systems-thinking un/school, cultivating the perceptual capacities needed to navigate complexity, transform organizations, and participate in life-affirming futures.

We believe the greatest challenge of our time is not a shortage of ideas, technologies, or good intentions. It is our ability to perceive the invisible paradigms shaping how we think, lead, relate, and create. Until those underlying architectures become visible, our solutions often recreate the very conditions they seek to change.

Our learning journeys invite participants to expand their awareness through systems thinking, Indigenous wisdom traditions, complexity science, embodied practice, and relational ways of knowing. Together, these perspectives cultivate the capacity to perceive systems more deeply, navigate uncertainty with greater confidence, and shape meaningful change in our careers, organizations, communities, and lives.

This is an education in un/learning: examining inherited assumptions, discovering new possibilities, and developing the inner and relational capacities needed to participate in the futures now asking to emerge.

Imagine a learning space where systems thinking meets Indigenous wisdom, where complexity is met with curiosity, and where transformation begins with a shift in perception.

What people are saying about (re)Biz

Where Inner Transformation Meets Systems Transformation

Lasting systems change begins with the capacities we cultivate within ourselves.

Many people understand intellectually that we are inseparable from the living world. Fewer have had the opportunity to explore what it means to think, lead, and make decisions from that understanding in everyday life.

(re)Biz is a practice of aligning how we live with what we know. Together, we cultivate the perceptual, relational, and embodied capacities needed to navigate complexity, lead meaningful change, and create organizations, communities, and economies that are more alive, resilient, and life-affirming.

This journey invites us to examine the assumptions we've inherited, rethink the systems we've normalized, and explore new ways of participating in the world. As our perception shifts, so too do the futures we become capable of creating.

We are living between paradigms. The old no longer provides reliable orientation, and the new is still learning to take shape.
